رهایی ۲۰ زن از ظلم و ستم خانوادگی در شش ولایت

منسوبین وزارت امر بالمعروف، نهی عن المنکر و سمع شکایات در ولایات فاریاب، سمنگان، تخار، بدخشان، بغلان و سرپل به ‌منظور تأمین عدالت، تطبیق احکام اسلامی و صیانت از حقوق شرعی زنان، به ۲۰ قضیه مرتبط با زنان که طی سالیان متمادی متحمل خشونت ‌های خانوادگی گردیده بودند، رسیدگی همه‌ جانبه نمودند.

این قضایا پس از دریافت گزارش ‌های مردمی، بررسی‌ های دقیق و همه ‌جانبه و با هماهنگی نزدیک با علمای دین و متنفذین قومی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت که در نتیجه، تمامی زنان متذکره از وضعیت خشونت ‌آمیز رهایی یافته و حقوق شرعی ‌شان تأمین شد.

مسؤلان وزارت امر بالمعروف، نهی عن المنکر و سمع شکایات در ولایات متذکره تأکید می ‌نمایند که تأمین حقوق شرعی زنان، جلوگیری از هرگونه ظلم و خشونت در محیط خانواده بر بنیاد احکام دینی، از اولویت ‌های اساسی آنان می ‌باشد و به هیچ فرد یا گروهی اجازه داده نخواهد شد تا برخلاف احکام شریعت اسلامی در برابر زنان مرتکب ظلم، خشونت گردد و در صورت تخلف، با متخلفین برخورد جدی صورت خواهد گرفت.
