محتسبین ریاست امربالمعروف در ولایت بلخ، از یک ازدواج اجباری در مرکز این ولایت، جلوگیری نموده گفتند: که سنتهای حاکم در بیست سال گذشته، باعث شده بود تا زنان از حقوق شرعی شان مانند حق انتخاب همسر به دور بمانند. همچنان بخش رسیدگی به شکایات این ریاست به دو قضیه فامیلی رسیدگی همه جانبه نمودند.
