In Sar-e Pol province, a dispute was resolved between the parties involved through the efforts of officials
In Sar-e Pol Province, officials (Muhtasibs), fulfilling their religious, moral, and social responsibilities, resolved a feud between two families in Dara Band village of Sayad District.
The feud had arisen from an accusation of murder and had caused numerous problems.
The reconciliation was achieved through the mediation of religious scholars and tribal elders, bringing peace between the two sides.
The long-standing feud, which had led to ongoing disputes and deepened the divisions and resentment between the two families, was resolved through the mediation of the provincial Muhtasibs, local religious scholars, and tribal elders, turning hostility into friendship.
During a public gathering held to mark the reconciliation, the provincial Muhtasibs, religious scholars, and tribal elders spoke about the importance of unity in Islam.
They emphasized that Islam commands people to live together in an atmosphere of brotherhood, free from all forms of ethnic and linguistic prejudice, and to treat one another like brothers.
It is worth mentioning that provincial officials (Muhtasibs) of the Ministry for the Promotion of Virtue, Prevention of Vice, and Hearing Complaints of IEA, resolved eleven major feuds across the country last week and brought the parties involved to reconciliation.
