Resolution of 11 disputes and conflicts in the provinces of Jawzjan, Takhar, Parwan, Badghis, Kabul, and Bamyan
In order to strengthen Islamic solidarity, ensure social peace, and resolve conflicts and hostilities among ethnic groups and families, the personnel (Muhtasibs) of the Ministry for the Promotion of Virtue, Prevention of Vice, and Hearing of Complaints in the provinces of Jowzjan, Takhar, Parwan, Badghis, Kabul, and Bamyan successfully managed to resolve six cases of conflict and hostility in a peaceful manner, in accordance with religious guidelines.
These conflicts and disputes had arisen from family disagreements, ethnic tensions, issues related to inheritance distribution, and social misunderstandings, which had gradually been expanding over time. Through the efforts and mediation of the ministry’s personnel (Muhtasibs), the involved parties were encouraged toward peace and mutual understanding, and ultimately all disputes were completely resolved.
The local staff of the ministry, by holding reconciliation meetings, providing religious guidance, and emphasizing the principles of Islamic brotherhood, succeeded in gaining the satisfaction of both sides and preventing further escalation and intensification of these conflicts and hostilities
