اعاده حقوق شرعی ۸ زن در زمینه مهریه، نفقه و میراث در ولایت فاریاب

منسوبین وزارت امر بالمعروف، نهی عن المنکر و سمع شکایات، در راستای تأمین حقوق شرعی زنان و رسیدگی به شکایات مردمی، به هشت قضیه حقوقی زنان در زمینه های مهریه، میراث و نفقه در ولایت فاریاب به ‌گونه همه‌ جانبه رسیدگی نموده ‌اند.

مسئولین وزارت امر بالمعروف، در این ولایت می گویند که این قضایا پس از دریافت شکایات زنان متضرر، مطابق به احکام شریعت اسلامی و با رعایت کامل اصول، طرزالعمل ‌ها و قانون سمع شکایات، به ‌صورت دقیق مورد بررسی قرار گرفت که در نتیجه آن، حقوق شرعی زنان شاکی در زمینه مهریه، میراث و نفقه تأمین گردیده و حقوق شرعی آنان به ‌گونه کامل برگردانده شد.

قابل یادآوری است که روند رسیدگی به قضایایی یاد شده در حالی صورت می گیرد که طی سه ماه گذشته نیز نزدیک به یک‌ هزار زن دیگر، با تلاش ‌های منسوبین وزارت امر بالمعروف، توانسته ‌اند به حقوق شرعی خویش در زمینه های میراث، مهریه و نفقه دست یابند.
