جلوگیری از شش مورد ازدواج اجباری زنان در پنج ولایت کشور

منسوبین وزارت امر بالمعروف، نهی عن المنکر و سمع شکایات، در چهارچوب وظایف شرعی خویش و در راستای مبارزه با رسوم ناپسند اجتماعی و تأمین حقوق شرعی زنان، از شش مورد ازدواج اجباری زنان در ولایات غزنی، پروان، پکتیا، کابل و نیمروز جلوگیری نمودند.

این قضایا شامل زنانی می‌ گردید که برخلاف اراده و رضایت، از سوی بستگان ‌شان تحت فشار برای ازدواج قرار گرفته بودند که پس از مراجعه آنان به ریاست ‌های ولایتی وزارت امر بالمعروف، و ثبت شکایات رسمی، منسوبین این وزارت با احضار طرفین قضایا و ارائه رهنمود های شرعی در خصوص حقوق شرعی زنان، به ‌ویژه حق انتخاب همسر در عقد نکاح، از اجرای این شش نکاح اجباری جلوگیری نمودند.

همچنین، از بستگان این زنان تعهدات کتبی نیز اخذ گردید تا در آینده از هرگونه اجبار در ازدواج خود داری نموده، حقوق شرعی زنان را رعایت و مراسم ازدواج را صرفاً بر اساس رضایت کامل طرفین، مطابق با احکام اسلامی و به دور از رسوم ناپسند برگزار نمایند.
