تأمین مهریه شرعی یک زن پس از یک سال طلاق در ولایت کابل

با سعی و تلاش مسئولین ریاست امر بالمعروف، نهی عن المنکر و سمع شکایات ولایت کابل، مهریه شرعی یک زن در ولسوالی پغمان که حدود یک سال قبل از سوی شوهرش طلاق داده شده بود، مطابق احکام شریعت اسلامی به ‌گونه کامل از شوهر سابق اخذ و به وی تسلیم گردید.

این زن که پس از طلاق از دریافت مهریه شرعی خویش محروم مانده بود، به ریاست امر بالمعروف، ولایت کابل مراجعه نموده و شکایت خویش را در این زمینه به ثبت رسانید. مسئولین این ریاست پس از بررسی همه‌ جانبه موضوع و استماع اظهارات جانبین، شوهر سابق را به ادای حق شرعی مهریه به مبلغ ۳۰۰ هزار افغانی مکلف نمودند.

ریاست امر بالمعروف ولایت کابل تأکید می ‌نماید که رسیدگی به حقوق شرعی زنان، به ‌ویژه حل و فصل منازعات خانوادگی در پرتو احکام شریعت اسلامی، از وظایف اساسی این اداره بوده و در این راستا هیچ‌ گونه سهل‌انگاری صورت نخواهد گرفت.
