نجات دختر خورد سالی که قربانی  دشمنی خانواده اش در ولایت بلخ شده است

محتسبین امربالمعروف، نهی عن المنکر و سمع شکایات ولایت بلخ حین رسیدگی به یک قضیه بد دادن یک دختر شش ساله در مقابل تشدید دشمنی فامیلش به جناح مقابل می‌گویند: از نگاه دین مبین اسلام جرم یک عمل فردی است و قرآنکریم حکم می کند که نباید بخاطر جرم یک فرد، فرد دیگری مسئول دانسته شود. در این گونه قضایا، بد دادن یک دختر بخاطر جبران جرم برادر یا پدرش اصلا جایز نیست.
محتسبین وزارت امربالمعرف در این ولایت می افزایند: عنعنات زشت و خلاف شریعت اسلامی زیادی میان مردم مروج است، مثل بد دادن دختران برای پایان دادن به دشمنی ها و تبادله دختران بدون رضایت شان. که متاسفانه در بیست سال گذشته علمای دین حاکمان وقت در مورد زنان و حقوق شرعی شان زیاد صحبت نمی کردند. اما حالا محتسبین تلاش می‌کنند تا از طریق منابر در نمازهای جمعه و برگزاری سمینارها، آگاهی مردم را بالا ببرند تا زنان را مطابق ارشادات نبویﷺ احترام کنند و با آنان به مهربانی رفتار کنند.
