Officials (Muhtasibs) from the Ministry for the Promotion of Virtue, Prevention of Vice, and Hearing Complaints of IEA, in Nangarhar province, with the aim of ensuring social justice and strengthening the spirit of unity, resolved a long-standing dispute among villagers in Haska Mena district.
The dispute, which had arisen over social issues, was settled through the mediation of local authorities, tribal elders, and religious scholars, leading to reconciliation between both sides.
Officials stated that residents of the area had been engaged in conflicts and disputes for a long time due to various social problems and disagreements. Through the efforts of the Muhtasibs, and with the mediation of religious scholars, local authorities, and tribal elders, the conflict was resolved. The involved parties were also urged to refrain in the future from actions that could lead to continued discord and further problems.
At the same time, local residents praised the reform efforts of the muhtasibs from the Ministry for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice, and emphasized that officials, tribal elders, and influential figures should continue their efforts to resolve existing issues among the people.
