Following an investigation, the Complaints Hearing Directorate returned the disputed house that had been unlawfully occupied to its rightful owner
Officials (Muhtasibs) of the Complaints Hearing Directorate of the Ministry for the Promotion of Virtue, Prevention of Vice and Hearing the Complaints of IEA, addressed a complaint submitted by a resident of Kabul.
After reviewing the relevant documents and evidence, they returned a house that had been placed in the possession of an employee of the Ministry of Interior Affairs to its rightful owner.
The Kabul resident, who had been living abroad for some time, returned to Afghanistan after learning that his house had been placed in the possession of an employee of the Ministry of Interior Affairs.
He then submitted his complaint to the Complaints Hearing Directorate, requesting that the matter be investigated and his house returned to him.
After registering the complaint, officials (Muhtasibs) of the Complaints Hearing Directorate reviewed the documents and records related to the property. They also heard the statements of both parties involved in the case in order to clarify the matter accurately and comprehensively.
Following a review of the documents and evidence and confirmation of ownership, it was decided that the house should be returned to its rightful owner. Consequently, the disputed property was handed back to its original owner.
The owner of the house expressed satisfaction with the handling of his complaint and the return of his property, and thanked the officials and employees of the Complaints Hearing Directorate for their efforts.
Officials (Muhtasibs) of the Complaints Hearing Directorate of the Ministry for the Promotion of Virtue, Prevention of Vice and Hearing of Complaints also stated that the complaints and problems of citizens are being addressed seriously.
They added that matters raised by the public are followed up after reviewing the relevant documents and evidence, in accordance with Sharia principles and applicable regulations.
They emphasized that the purpose of handling complaints is to safeguard people's rights, resolve their problems, and prevent the violation or loss of their rights. Citizens can submit their complaints and concerns to the relevant authorities through official channels.
