Resolution of 15 cases of disputes and enmities in the provinces of Kabul, Sar-e Pol, Helmand, Baghlan, Samangan, and Nimroz
Inspectors (Muhtasibs) of the Ministry for the Promotion of Virtue, Prevention of Vice, and Hearing Complaints of IEA, in Kabul, Sar-e Pol, Helmand, Baghlan, Samangan, and Nimroz provinces resolved 15 family feuds and disputes and reconciled the conflicting parties in the provincial centers and a number of districts.
This effort was aimed at promoting social stability, eliminating ethnic and linguistic prejudices, and strengthening the spirit of unity.
The inspectors (Muhtasibs) stated that they will spare no effort in promoting unity among different ethnic groups and will not allow anyone to foster ethnic or linguistic hostility.
During community meetings with local residents, the inspectors also called on religious scholars, tribal elders, and local people to cooperate with them in preventing such problems.
Meanwhile, local residents praised the inspectors’ (Muhtasibs) efforts and urged them to further intensify their activities, not only in preventing immoral and harmful practices but also in addressing and preventing existing social problems, disputes, and hostilities within society
