Resolution of 12 disputes and hostilities among tribes and families in 7 provinces
In line with strengthening Is/la/mic solidarity, ensuring social peace, and resolving disputes and hostilities among ethnic groups and families, the personnel of the Ministry for the Promotion of Virtue, Prevention of Vice, and Hearing of Complaints of IEA, in the provinces of Kabul, Bamyan, Daikundi, Baghlan, Laghman, Samangan, and Ghor successfully resolved 12 cases of disputes and conflicts peacefully in accordance with Sh/ar/ia guidelines. These disputes and conflicts, which had arisen due to family disagreements, ethnic disputes, issues related to inheritance distribution, and social misunderstandings, were addressed through the efforts and mediation of the ministry’s personnel (Muhtasibs).
The conflicting parties were encouraged toward peace and mutual understanding, and ultimately all disputes were settled peacefully.
The local personnel (Muhtasibs) of the ministry, by holding reformative meetings, providing Sh/ar/ia guidance, and emphasizing the principles of brotherhood and unity, succeeded in gaining the satisfaction of both parties and prevented the further spread and escalation of these disputes and hostilities.
