Resolution of 17 disputes and enmities among tribes and families in seven provinces
In line with strengthening Is/la/mic solidarity, ensuring social peace, and resolving disputes and hostilities among ethnic groups and families, the personnel of the Ministry for the Promotion of Virtue, Prevention of Vice, and Hearing Complaints of IEA, in the provinces of Takhar, Bamyan, Parwan, Baghlan, Laghman, Sar-e Pol, and Faryab successfully resolved 17 cases of disputes and conflicts in a peaceful manner in accordance with Sh/ar/ia guidelines.
These disputes and conflicts, which had arisen due to family disagreements, ethnic disputes, issues related to inheritance distribution, and social misunderstandings, were settled through the efforts and mediation of the ministry’s personnel. The conflicting parties were encouraged toward reconciliation and mutual understanding, and ultimately all disputes were peacefully resolved.
The local personnel (Muhtasibs) of the ministry, by holding reformative meetings, providing religious guidance, and emphasizing the principles of brotherhood and unity, succeeded in gaining the satisfaction of both sides and preventing the further spread and escalation of these disputes and hostilities.
